if you are unrated you can probably play, but there might be a requirement of x games. Yes people can sandbag to play but i don't think it will be that severe since most people are already sub-2200

I read the article. If you log on to live chess on saturdays (June 1st, 8th, and 15th) you can play (times TBD)
