I assume you want to "enter the moves" directly into the Repertoire Editor (as a move tree of opening variations you are interested in).
I don't know of a way to do that directly. What I do instead is to
1) Begin a fresh game in clipbase (which is usually open when I start SCID anyway),
2) Enter the opening variations (of one opening) into the board,
3) Keep hitting the "add group" / "add line" buttons in the Rep-Ed at suitable times.
4) Clear the board (Ctrl+x) and begin a different opening and its variations and repeat 2-3 above.
Often I only enter 1-3 lines at a time because I like to research my lines before entering them in the Rep-Ed.
Hello all, I just joined this group(and just got SCID), and I need help. I am try to make move trees of opening variations that I have handwritten. If anyone can help that would be great! thanks.
