Sorry about your schedule but you didn't accept my challenges. When I tried to challenge you, it said “ChessDemon2019 ist aktuell nicht im Live-Schach“ meaning that you didn't even receive my challenge.
Btw: Don't throw a temper tantrum just because you're bad at negotiating. Saying at 4pm “I'm available from 4pm to 8pm“ is just stupid. If I'm not online in that time, it's useless.

so "I'm available 4pm UTC to 8 pm UTC" was a general statement and wasn't limited to yesterday? ok, that is better. See you in 40 minutes.

I just tried to challenge you and you are not in live chess. What is your point? No show, turn up a few minutes past 6:30 pm UTC and leave after one minute of not getting an answer?

I already gave a broad statement that pretty much any time between 8am UTC and 9pm UTC works for me EVERY DAY. There will be some time slots that won't work but I can't predict them accurately. For example tomorrow starting at 3pm UTC I will play in a simul against Mathias Blübaum, so I won't be able to play tomorrow evening. But Monday 6 pm UTC should work. We had already agreed to today 6pm UTC, so I really don't understand his shenanigans. Maybe we'll find another time to play but if he only comes online for one minute every time, it's not going to work.
I'm swearing because his behaviour is infuriating.
