Server auto claim win

We are all aware of several philosophies of what's right at the end of the game. A honorable samurai style, rewarding your opposite ally to be a second, or a fuck-you style for the player you hate. You have a choice to reward and punish. While not have server auto-claim win whenever it's possible? No more accusations for teamming or hate...

My arguments against auto-claim-win (copy-pasted from the discussion above):
1) Will make it to a last-two-men-standing-win game.
2) It is unfair for the third survivor, because he didn't received any bonus for out-surviving the forth. And why the second survivor deserves the +20 bonus? Being behind the first by more than 20 points seems not an accomplishment worth to be rewarded!

Currently the winner can distribute points only to the other finalist, and only if he has a massive lead in points (or a massive lead in material that guaranties the +20 final points). But the winner is currently also allowed to deprive the other finalist from the cheap +20 bonus, by refusing to resign (to claim win in other words), and proceeding to checkmate him. The problem is that currently the winner has no incentive to do so. Some time ago I made a proposal that would give the missing incentive to the winner.

I may be I am in minority, but I'd rather remove human factor from deciding who gets points. Knowing ahead of +20 bonus would be just another game goal, not a reward someone gives you, nor you would try and banter " give me 3 pts plz"

The game currently is in its infancy. These issues could be solved by the evolution of the game's ethics. I believe that in the future begging for points will rarely have the intended result, because it will be considered unethical, and the beggars will be ignored, or even punished (in-game). Imagine the day when all finished games will by available for replay via permanent links, and the chat will be preserved. Then all players will be much more careful about what the say, and ask, during each game!
