Server crash

So I was playing an anti chess game (https://www.chess.com/variants/4p-giveaway/game/52837611), and first red was being REALLY slow and let their time run out a lot over a simple move (maybe this time was just because of low elo, but at 1700 you would think they would notice the obvious piece that could be taken). Next, green (an 1821) timed out when there was only one (very simple) move to make. And then, on red's turn again, I realized it was just the server doing something weird because I could see red's clock was not moving (indicating that I had disconnected). My cashe has been cleared recently, and my internet was/is very strong. Also, 2 other players were clearly having trouble.

So I concluded that it was the server's fault.

Could I (as well as @leozinho321) get a rating refund?

I think whether or not a refund is given will depend on if the devs can find evidence of this + if others had the same problem in a game (although the evidence is pretty damning already), the server is *mostly* stable right now although there's an update coming which will hopefully patch most of the remaining issues left from 2022

Yeah i wish chess.com has something for that.

I've also been noticing player disconnecting more than usual... might be a coincidence, maybe not

One more extreme example

That one just seems like refresh spamming, although there might be reasons for it
