The d7-pawn is extremely dangerous. How can White exploit this?

It´s dangerous, but I think with ...Nd4 (With ideias like ...Nc6), black´s can defend

I'm pretty sure Bf8. That way now if rook takes then Re8 does work unlike before because now the bishop is forced to protect the rook and so nothing can stop the d-pawn
