Nc5 is tempting but I think you can play b4 and if cxb4 you have c3 bxc3 followed by Nc4 skewering the queen and rook.
I am not quite sure what is best if they Ra1 though.
I agree with b4, cxb4, c3, bc and Nc4. If Ra1 in response to b4, then bc, bc, and Nc5 appears strong as the knight cannot be dislodged by pawns and there is pressure..
