Truthfully I like the one minute time, (I haven't timed out before)

and when someone does time out it means I can take their king and get points.

I like the game lol being 'fair'.

I think it's safe to say you are in for the points.

This game without points would be just fantastic its so much fun.

Points make the fun

lol why when you might build a quick 200 just to watch it diminish as quick as you made them?

my points seem to drop as quick as I get them

yesterday I was at 1514 starting, then when finishing last game I was at 1400 and the other day it was worst.

points make no sense to me at all.. they never have with regular chess

For the record Pepsi the old 2 min time control was about the same speed as this current one so if you bring it back all you gain is probably a few seconds LESS on overall time vs more. For those not around it was 2 min but either 5 or 10 second (8?) delay vs the now 1 min 15 second per move. 

It sounds like what your really asking for is a longer time frame overall by adding a second and keeping the 15 second delay. 

*I would be fine with that as well as keeping the current one although its tougher for us longer time thinkers vs the bullet players. 
*I agree with Martin in that I don't think we have enough mass yet to add a second time control but they have said they will once we get further down the path. 

Maybe some that see it’s only one minute w 15 sec lapse run away and never return unless they’ve heard it’s increased, perhaps?

If it were more inviting in this aspect I bet more would flood in, than were we to presently leave it as is.

I think suggesting to add a 1 min to the overall time control as the new format (and only format for now) as  test to see if it helps or hurts the game and community is a good suggestion. I just would leave off the stuff that clouds the issues (like bring back the 2 min )
