A few days ago I traveled to the USA to a chess tournament with an oncologist and the doctor that helped me with my paralysis (or tried to at least.) I’m currently leading, which is the the reason I’m not in Japan right now, because last night my oncologist told me they had more information on my cancer after more scans (as I was diagnosed a relatively short time ago) and it’s uh…
it’s evolved to stage 4 triple negative. (For those who haven’t seen me I am talking about my breast cancer.)
This type means, say a 40-year-old woman who was diagnosed with it, would have about a 15% 5-year survival chance.
I’m 16 so uh that chance is probably around 2%.
I’m going to strive to be online when I can, but I’m not expected to survive long.
