Songs of the Week #1

I've decided to make a forum post about the songs of the week sidebar page. I will now post it weekly in forums for people who may not pay attention to the sidebar and also look at forums. Feel free to comment on suggestions and whether or not I should continue doing this. Though this isn't the first song of the week ever, this is officially the first of hopefully many in the forums.

Wherever I Go - Dan Bremnes

"Wherever I Go" by Dan Bremnes came out in 2018 and reached #12 on Christian radio charts and #19 on the Hot Christian Songs chart. The music video stood out for being filmed in seven countries over just eight days, showing a mix of stunning locations and travel shots. The song became one of his most recognized hits and helped lead into his 2019 album, also called Wherever I Go.

You Say - Lauren Daigle

"You Say" by Lauren Daigle was released in 2018 and became a huge hit, reaching #1 on the Hot Christian Songs chart where it stayed for over 100 weeks. It also crossed over to mainstream success, charting on the Billboard Hot 100 and winning a Grammy for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance. It’s one of her biggest songs and made her a well-known name beyond just Christian music.
