If someone doesn't want their information public they should not join a club that has rated US Chess events
Even if the list wasn't published, anyone playing an event can be looked up on the US Chess site.

It's everyone that has an open account that's filled out verification form (for the club or other Chess.com US Chess Online rated play), and been approved.
I've played in USCF tournaments through this group after being verified. I'm not on the list.
