I'm not technically the target for this test (I'm 1003 in rapid) but I just did this endgame drill and felt way more confident than last time I tried it. That's improvement for ya.
Standard endgame test for beginners

um I literally don't know...
this might help since you lost to Viznik who is sub-1000 in rapid lolz
joke

um I literally don't know...
How have you gotten so far without knowing endgames?

It's probably muscle memory, I had to think about it for a bit... People resign before this

anyway it's just advance the king and use the extra pawn moves to get you the opposition
Actually, I've tried this endgame blindfolded a few times. It still isn't easy for me to visualize everything, but I've successfully done this blindfolded. Good drill for me to practice visualization

Keep your king connected with the pawn, whatever side their king goes, your king moves to the opposite side, keep repeating until promotion.

not quite, the only way white wins is to advance the king by playing kf2, ke3, ke4, ke5 etc and then bodies the enemy king away from the promotion square. only then the white pawn starts coming to promote

I know exactly what you mean by "bodies the enemy King" but the "chess terminology" for this would be "Shouldering" and/or "King Opposition"

im more of a slasher myself, i always find a way to the rim
I've always been pretty good with dribbling as well, but 3s are my specialty I think. Of course, I'm move than eager to make a break for a simple layup if I get the chance though. Pick-up games are fun because people aren't usually able to create a coordinated defense lol
p.s. endgame test for beginners turns into a basketball discussion xD

Only for beginners (sub-1000), & don't use engine
How does white promote the pawn? you don't need to give lines, just what's the plan for white?
