The two rating classes from 1200-1399 and 1400-1599 comprise almost 2/3rds of our active members. I want to move everybody up a class in the coming year, make matches for our active players to keep them engaged, recruit and grow from new and unrated players, hold on to and improve our less-experienced players.
I would like your ideas as well.
