That program is no longer supported.
At the time, the effort gathered a lot of interest with no real follow-through — many apps started and never finished, but taking up a lot of our developer time to coach people through the process. This current Published-Data API is a result of trying to take what was most popular in that and make it super simple to use, with no sign up, authentication, or complex parameters. But Published-Data will only get us so far, so I hope soon that we will announce the successor to that program and use that to create a developer-friendly Interactive API.
Stay tuned!

I am curious as to whether you still provide this -especially with this beta API. While I will be using heroku for a current project I am working on -which is utilising the PubAPI-, I think it best for it to stay more ... separated from chess.com . But, I ask to see if I might be able to use it for future projects.
