Steps Forward

Hi everyone,

Now that we have an open forum for discussion, I would like to get everyone's opinions on where this club is heading. Do we want to keep things small and intimate, or do we want to be something more official such as being recognized by the Chess Federation of Canada, or somewhere in between? 

Personally I would like to see more regular players out on Tuesday nights. This would increase the variety of games that are played and reduce the skill gap between players, making it easier to find well suited opponents.
