Investigating ancestry is a beautiful approach to choosing teams to play. Dan has ancestry from Slovakia and I have ancestry from Czech. My great grandfathers on my mother’s side were actually born in 1900 on the ship immigrating them to Galveston, TX. As a result of marriages I am half Czech in my genealogy I am a mixture of Scotch-Irish with a quarter Cherokee blood on my father’s side. I am constantly amazed with my ancestry and have a true motivation to live in Europe for a few years.

In order to broaden the range of unorthodox openings and competition that Alternative Openings Chess Club will face, I have decided to challenge a large number of regional chess clubs to vote chess games and team matches. .
Here is a tentative list of the opponents that I and my admins intend to challenge over the next several months. This is a challenging task and I need your assistance.
