This will help the admins track who has strikes and how many.

for advertising but technically they should be muted also this is mr wicks third strike.

We need to vote on mr wick in admin/coordinator/super admin

I warned @Ugo2A and @Mr_Wick23 not to advertise but they did it anyway. I muted them at 1:47 pm.
