I don't think this exists, but it would be nice if chess.com could have a setting where you get notified whenever a new member joins your club(s). Could this possibly happen sometime?

If you are Owner or SA you can see that in the admin log.

This club is not for site suggestions but for community developers using the Public API.

Well, I guess, one could use the API to grab the user list daily and compare it.

Then you can make some sort of notification.
