Log into the link they sent you after you registered. It is a web version of ICC with fewer features. I played in two CCA events this summer, and may play in another on August 29.

This is that link: https://play.chessclub.com/cca#

I already know about the link...I am asking for features or suggestions.

ICC offers a choice of interfaces.  Blitzin is the oldest, and in my opinion the best.

Is ICC for windows good for playing tournaments?I downloaded it on my windows computer.I am gonna play in browser for the tournament but they also said we could use the app for the cca tournament

Flocelliere

You can use any of ICC's interfaces to play in any ICC, USCF, etc. tournament that they run.  It's just a matter of taste.  Blitzin is very old school, matrix-style, but I've always preferred it.

Clubs can have different rules than the site. As long as people are discussing US Chess rated events and aren't shamelessly advertising, mentioning other sites here is OK.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I was just under the impression that this being a club run by multiple staff members, that all site policies still apply.
