I have decided to not promote anyone to super admin, after the "incident" in "STW - Save The World", but, i will promote some people to coordinator. here are the rules:
for members under level 20 (members start at lv. 0 at level up), you cannot spam, members above lv. 20 can spam in a special power up
no advertising unless you're above lv. 20 and have the advertising power up
No chatting in the notes, only chat in the notes when there are merchants (They will be explained when you get to Lv. 3). You can chat in the chat: Chat o(*￣▽￣*)ブ

For every 5 members, there will be 1 coordinator. But... For the first five members there will be 2 coordinators.
