I need to stop the mate in one, or mate in one. I cannot see a mate in one here. It looks close but won't work because there isn't enough time.  

 

From looking at the black kings movement options it seems that it can only move up. Could I make a mate threat with Ra4. If the queen doesn't take Rh3#. So the queen must take putting it on the fourth rank.  Then Rh4+ wins the queen after Rh3+ pushing king on the 4th rank. I don't know how long that will take to mate after that though.
