My highest in Puzzle Battle is 48 (On average I get 37-42 and my rating is 2103 but I haven't played in around 5 days), but only once. In 3 min it's 44 (On average I get 35-40).

I just tried 3 minute puzzle rush and got 22, about 8 seconds/puzzle. My guess is that if I tried several times more I'd get a bit higher as my brain wuld be switched to chess more fully. That's pretty close to as fast as I can perceive a changed board with 68 year old visual acuity.
I can go a bit faster in a 5 minute blitz game as the positions evolve from earlier ones.
