a lot of tactics are linked to attacking two pieces at once.

then the first move is easy. 1 Qc8+ the king moves to h7. then with Qc2 you give check and attack the rook. Double Attack !

I am sure you spotted this one fast.

its all about geometry. a loose piece is on e4, a double attack will win for white

Qa4+ is the reason Black cannot gobble the e4 pawn
