Why 11...fxg6?  No idea.  I thought I needed to hold on to the pawn instead of leaving it a target on f7.  This recapture weakens the whole pawn structure and the e6 square.  13...Nd5 was a bad choice.  13...Nh5 didn't seem to work at the board.  Lackadaisical play by both sides test the theory of the bishop being able to coordinate better with a rook than a knight.  Mennella starts trading pawns and he doesn't stop until he has them all off the board.  Normally the white flag is unfurled but I kept playing on for a very slim chance of mate.  Somehow Mennella ran out of time and this is practically impossible with a 30 second increment time control!

Dominick unleashes his Clarendon court on Marius and the latter seems unfazed and plays in beautiful aggressive attacking style that I'm sure Mazzotta appreciated.  He sac'd a knight for 2 pawns.  Dominick is almost able to restore material equality but the bishop and three pawns for the rook prove to be too much to bear.

King plays his London system and then proceeds to trade things off.  His accuracy is a bit off but he gets the job done.  Raoul just waits to apply his reduced pieces middle game skill.  King decides to double on the e-file and attack the unattainable e-pawn allowing Raoul full use of the open d-file.  King makes matters much worse when he attacks the e-pawn further with the unfortunate 28.f4 allowing Crisologo a strategically winning protected passer.  A tactical hiccup 39.Rcd2? loses the bishop and the game.
