In this round, I had a chance to get over 2200 again with a win against Marius.  I made a gross blunder on move 25.Bh4?? that basically lost the game but Marius, with a lot of time left, moved too quickly and returned the favor with 27...Rf4?? and the game was drawn.

Our new club administrator, Paschal, tried an enterprising idea against Robert after Robert let him off the hook with 24...Bc4? instead of the pinning Bd7.  That is all he needed to play the very prosaic exchange sacrifice with 26.Rc4! leading to terrible pressure against Black's king.

James played agressively and as so often happens when Vadim turned the tables on him, his pieces proved to be uncoordinated.
