On the board it's clear that the win was there, but my clock was getting low and I wasn't in the mood to risk walking away empty handed.
Travis gets a big edge out of the opening and after 14.Qe2 by James he is winning. Instead of 14...Nb6 retreating and going for Bc4, he should have played 14...Nd4 attacking! Still 15...Bd5 trading off a white defender would allow his developmental advantage to shine. Instead 15...Bd6 loses a piece. Both sides have chances throughout the rest of the game. Hatley comes out on top in the double rook ending but misplays it and loses.
