Good luck all.

I will start this debate off with what I told @hughienews in PM in response to asking why LTAC was better:

1. The current Admin Situation. As you know, CD launched an Admin Purge. Having also Purged, I am not in as good of a position to condemn it, but his Admins were active, so he has no reason to remove them.

2. He kept @Casablanca as Admin. Because he was Active? Nope. Because he was his friend. This shows a lack of regard for merit in the Ladder.

3. @pinappleonapizza22's demotion, and he was perpetually muted just for asking a fair question. And this is only recently. But the earlier stuff, I've complained about before.

4. Say one thing he doesn't like, even if it's a legit complaint, and you get muted or kicked.

5. Going off of the last one, sometimes, there are legitimate debates and queries (I am involved there), and no answer. Instead, a deleted note and a "Just go with it."

Even if I did somehow regain my Coordinator spot (which I likely won't), I'd have to watch my back to avoid being demoted. Especially in the wake of the Purge, which indicates that CD is trying to get loyalists into the top spots (I'm getting General Secretary vibes).

LTAC is definitely a more lenient club than TCOF. It has a good community, is active, and doesn't mute or demote for the smallest offense. It's more chill, and I don't have to worry about getting demoted at any given minute. Plus, CD can brag a lot, and gloat. Proof: https://www.chess.com/club/matches/the-chess-special-forces/1390641

Here we go!

#1 we (the SA's of TCOF) have a new training program for admins, that is why we demoted everyone.

#2 cap was still admin because of other reasons I didn't wish to discuss.

#3 pizza was cussing and not listening to the rules.

#4 we don't accept people who cuss, and we always give a warning before we mute.

#5 I don't understand this.

Really, I feel that the only questions that are relevant is 1 and 2.

And, sure, I like to brag when we are meet with a challenge and we win.

If this training program is for staff, then why do you not demote Super Admins and Coordinators too? Or do you want to create a Cult Of Personality?

Yes. We try and be safe, we have young kids in TCOF.

I have been considering changing a few of the cussing rules.

1. We are giving all our admins chances to regain their positions through our new ground breaking administrative training system to ensure that we find quality, committed admins.

2. @Casablanca was kept because he is a titled player who is highly respected for playing in our official TCOF bullet tournaments.

3. @Pinappleonapizza22 (@fireonpizza) was demoted for repeatedly breaking TCOF rules, cussing, disrespecting his counterparts and superiors, and spamming. repeatedly.

4. Not necessarily. It's called strict rules and proper enforcement. enforcement of rules in clubs is everything- I know this as I plan to go into law enforcement when I grow up.

5. Show me one example.

The cords are promoted for respect.

the super admins are huge parts of the staff. not to toot my own horn, but if CD demoted me without reason I would not come back. After all me and the other super admins have done for that club? no way.

I can't show you an example. It was deleted: Discussion of a Civi War in TCOF.

The Admins have done a lot. If CD demoted you, but offered you a chance to regain your spot through another training program, would you still leave? If yes, how is it any different from the Purge?

They banned me for calling out a hypocrisy in the Partner Club Rules and List.

that abbreviation isn't allowed in TCOF. In LTAC, wtf, wth, and lmao is allowed. not in TCOF.
