You can invite partners in rated games too, not sure where this is coming from…

That's when you want to invite all 4 players to the game. You can invite a partner easily by clicking the dropdown menu or typing a player's username:

also you can do rating restrictions... though at 1700/1600+ you will probably still get ppl who don't listen to your arrows

Try joining the 4PC Teams club. It isn’t super active at the moment, but it’s a good place to try to find good teammates.

try adding people you enjoy playing with as "friends". You can then see when they are online, so you know who to invite as a teammate.

You can block people who dont follow you or are weak, but there will still be many players out there that are <1500 or going solo
