Although I’m confident that on positional matters I can declare myself one of the best here, since there is no one lazier than me in this club.

(what does laziness have to do with positional play? Positional play doesn’t rely on hard calculations and so I can play chess autopilot 😏)

i find positional play to require much more calculation than tactical play and making threats

just pile on more and more threats and eventually your opponent won't be able to defend them all

You should try otb... long time controls give you anxiety because you have to calculate every possible sub variation completely to ensure that your opponent doesn’t just uno reverse the position.
