That many points??!!

I dont understand why my friend’s rating dropped so quickly from just losing one game

like usually the max u can lose is 16 but why so many

like 200 and probs more but only if u started recently 

if you just started in chesscom, your rating will significantly go up/down

yes, first starters lose/win more points per win/lose because if it was slow, for example you were in the 400s, but were actually rated 1200, then going slowly would make the lower rated people seem like you were cheating
