As black what can i play ?

Dutch , french, lativian or sicilian? Or another one

And the last question 

Exist one good and exotic opening? 

According to me ig itallian game for black i prefer caro kann and for last idh any answer. That's my opinion or u can choose any of ur choice.

The chigorin is a good defense?

bro just play caro kann against 1.e4 and kings indian defense against 1.d4 and anything else

also try to push d5 in the english opening as to not allow any botvinnik f4 stuff
