fog of war is a risky variant so take risks and win or lose, FOG OF WAR is complete jeopardy which is why if b6 Bb7 then you lose

What if you are black?

This BB7 is not rare, i wouldn't make such a huge risk.

If you are black then same thing

Play g6 first to prevent Qh5 ideas

If you played the same opening as black, you would lose against your own white opening. Again, not worth the risk.

Qh5 is a stupid move exactly because of g6 possibility. It's usually not played by skilled fog of war players. And when somebody does play it, you can still see that something was played on h5 (because your pawn can no longer move there) and you can react to it accordingly.
