I thought this group would appreciate another blog I have done about gambiteer Emil Josef Diemer. Here I have featured another four of his games: 3 Blackmar-Diemer games and 1 Elephant gambit! Enjoy

Thank you, PawnSlayer, for cross-posting this engaging blog/video on Emil Diemer here in my club. Diemer's style has always entertained, even when it wasn't perfectly - or even close to being - sound. Over the board, his opening choices can be deadly for the opposition at most any level below 2400. In any case, fun skittles.

I am glad you enjoyed it. I must say all of his games, however unorthodox, have provided me with endless entertainment. It is sad that he seems to have only amassed a cult following compared  to other maniacs like Nezhmetdinov and Tal.
