The reason why we shouldn't play 4. 0-0 on the Philidor with Nh6 was the following variation, which forced us to move our bishop twice, the one on c4. Pls memorize it.
4. 0-0 Nc6 5. d4 Bg4 6. Bb5 (the bishop has moved twice here) exd4 7. Qxd4 Bxf3 8. Bxh6 Qh4 9. gxf3 Qxh6 10. Bxc6+ bxc6 White has a moderate advantage. (1.01)
