This happens to some users in Safari. Probably "Safari 15 (macOS Catalina)" only. A fix is ready, but not deployed yet. Please use Chrome in the meantime.

Another fresh example. Not 1 or 2, but PLENTY disconnections. I disconnected 3 times in this bullet (!!!) game. Tricky to play like that. I was lucky enough to have low level players aside, otherwise I would've finished 4th.

If you cannot connect at all, try another browser, check your browser extensions and/or use VPN.

There was a bug "Variants page is blank in Safari", the devs fixed it.

Disconnections continue. Today maybe just 2 or 3 games without any. In most games 5-7 disconnections, often for ALL players, like here:

For the first time ever, I won after I and other players Disconnected, and I managed to connect back in time.  The thrill was exhilarating.  Who can beat the Disconnect first?

Would I be able to get a rating refund for these games?

We're in a leading position, and my teammate times out with 2 minutes on his clock, it takes us about 10 wins to gain 30 rating, which the server wipes out in 1 game by disconnecting.

I have yet another refund request, what does one have to do to get a refund on the rating due to server disconnects and lag?

Does M1 count, where the server doesn't register the moves?  With 20 seconds left, I took the knight and literally watched my clock run out.  I'm getting tired of these -27 losses because the server can't register moves in time.  It's been 12 Days since the update

These server issues are DEFINITELY VERY ANNOYING.

Even with premove, sometimes you flag!!!

I premoved ; and had about 5-6 sec. and still flagged and lost. Very unfair.

Those who say that it's my computer or connection or whatever make me laugh.

It's 100% the server. 

Here, again, ALL 4 PLAYERS disconnected and several times.

Happens to me about 20 times per day. Very annoying. WE WANT OUR PREVIOUS SERVER BACK.

And it continues. Again and again I see games with several disconnections. It's totally unfair and makes people feel frustrated. Cannot it be fixed once for all?! And is the Chess.com management aware of the problem?

Beyond disconnections, there's also the problem of the lag that became terrible. I've just lost a game where I premoved 3 times in a row, having 6 or 7 seconds, and still lost. IT JUST CANNOT BE. One can't flag with 6 sec. left and with premoves. It's totally unfair.
