But we aren't just DNA. We have a mind and consciousness energy. Our "spirit" and biological brains interact in a feedback loop which drives free will. Even at the physical level, subneural structures and interacting synapses, are affected by quantum randomness and trillions of possible outcomes, so even with that there is room for our "free will" to ultimately cause one brain pattern over another. And besides if that were the case then how could you call me and Rigel racist for not believing in aliens? Our biochemistry forced us to think that way right?
There is no free will. DNA determines what we are, do, and think. Everything happens because it has to. We have no choice.
