The way to apply a GIF as a PFP-

1. Put gif in computer homescreen
2. Upload file to your pfp

If above one does not work use another one mentioned below

1. Download a GIF from a Web Browser (I prefer Google Chorme)

2. Convert it to file .webp (I ued chat GPT)

3. Congrats you got a GIF as PFP.
