This questionnaire (news post) has been prepared with a lot of effort considering all features of the group. I have nothing to say except that the customized logo can, maybe (it's just a suggestion), be made a blinking one instead of the graphics and text coming in one by one slowly.

I mean the original one with the wooden pawns... why go for some childish flashing signs & silly cartoon like images? Jeez... I've been in this group ages but this is putting me off...

You are one of the oldest members in our group. We are glad that you are still with us. We do appreciate your suggestion. Need some time for new theme. If I understand you correctly, you want us to change the background image, the logo, the avatar and also the overall look & feel.

I want the old theme.
I mean, it's not bad, it's cool, but it's way too FLASHY. On chess.com, it's chess. Not flashing signs of pawn planets...
I hope the new SA or someone in charge of this team reverts the theme back to the original one...
I don't mind the theme, but I do like the logo!

Thanks for your worthful suggestion.
Please don't misundaerstand me. You need to be an admin to edit and apply the background, logo & theme. You don't need to be an admin just to design/create the background & logo. If you feel your designed images will be good for the team then you can send it to the admins and they can use it.
In future if I am not in admins groups and they want me to do something I would be glad to do it for the team.
If you feel some of the already existing themes on chess.com will be good for our group then please send us the theme name. But we need to design our own logo because in exsting themes there is no logo for our group.
You know what is the main problem, there are tons of images and we are not a very big group but big enough. It's really really difficult to please everyone. Some of the members asked for a blinking logo and we did it. And now some other members don't like it.
You may say why don't we take a public opinion. We do take public votes. But some members don't vote and come once in a blue moon and complain we don't like it.
Solution:
- Now we will create new themes and put it in one of our sub groups.
- The members who are really concerned about the theme can visit the sub group and provide their suggestion.
- After taking the concerned members suggestion we will apply the most liked theme to our main group.
If some members have some other solution please feel free to suggest.
This group and chess are not the only thing in our life. We need some time to create the new theme. So we request you to have some patience.
ilkchs suggested a public vote on wether or not we should keep the theme or add a new one.
I guess my vote will be to have a new one.
