 u will be promoted if u follow all these steps

1.  do not spam
2. no saying bad words
3. invite people by using the links if u are a member  at least 4 
4. making many forum topics that will help this club
5. u have to be active at least 4 hours in this club
6. have fun 
7. members cannot argue about what's going to change 
8. have to prove what are u going to do if u want to be sa or admin
