For those who dont why that man is crying, let me tell you why.

This audio was made in a game called SCP : Containment Breach. The voice is of a D-Class personal, who is the lure subject. The player will attempt to recontain SCP-106 by breaking the D-Boi's entire femur, which would make the D-Boi scream in agony and attract SCP-106 towards it. When SCP-106  appears in its containment cell, the player will get only a few moment's time to recontain it. If he does not do it within the time period, then the D-Boi would have been sacrificed for nothing and SCP-106 would still be roaming the facility, a major problem for the player to deal with.
