Not the problem. Problem is the owner isn't actively using up all 30 invites daily.
This club hasn't been growing much...
I feel like even if 30 invites are sent, its an issue of quality vs. quanity, sure, 20 more members might arrive, but because they don't know what the club is for, they are likely to just leave
The thing about the invites is that you really don’t know who you are going to get. Some of the people who were invited are good members. I think we have to grow the club first for people to recognize it more.
This still is related to my idea, people have no idea what this club is for, including its members, unlike a club for a town or a sports team, there's nothing really to talk about and no real target audience, so I think it's important that we find our brand and then start inviting, I think it'll increase activity a lot and make invites more successful.
Almost one year ago we reached 100 members, and we have seen very little growth from that point. My theory is that people don't know what this club is for, there isn't a specific type of person it attracts, and people not in the club don't know what it's for. I think we should work on branding so that people know what to expect when they join, but to do that we first need to create this club's identity, to the other mods in this club, we might want to make a club or forum where we can discuss this.
