Thoughts on DYNAMITE!!

~Yay! BTS's Comeback is here!! What are your thoughts about 'Dynamite' ?~

For me, I loved it! The lyrics are lit, I loved the 'indirect' tribute to Micheal Jackson . Who said the members of BTS aren't fluent in English (except RM), bruh this song defies that!! I feel like they were hiding the fact that they can speak English fluently xP . But srsly, I feel like they practiced a lot to sing this soo smoothly! This time they had more visuals than dancing but the balance was well-maintained. The retro feel was something new and I thought it suited really well. The fashion tho!! Their fits were amazing (and ofc kept the retro feel alive xP). I thought it was kinda similar to BWL (not complaining lol) but I liked the added 'Disco' touch to it . I srsly loved the smirk at the end of the MV xD. Overall, I feel like it is a strong and unique comeback! 

(is it just me or did Suga and J-Hope have lesser lines compared to others T-T..I wanted more English rapping!)

(Dynamite is going in my mind for like 5 hours now..!)

So, 1st of all for me it’s a full package and it’s the one of the best song of BTS for me...It has all:-

1) Dance

2) Visuals

3) Retro touch

4) Disco

5) Cute smiles and (smirks too xD)

Well the list goes on an’ on..!

Some of my fave lines are:-

ok...enough of lyrics...now abt the dance moves:-

my 1st fave dance move was of jimin alone when he sang Shining through the city with a little funk and soul.....and the next was Of Jk and jimin when there was some beats goin’ on! 

ummm...yea they all were looking so good...

Well another thing is that NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I HEAR THIS SONG, I AM EXCITED LIKE EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

So, yea now a bit of description of every member :-

1) RM - in the previous MVs, I wasn’t much of a fan of Rrrrrap Monster, but this time he was rocking...his voice was superb..So GOOD JOB 👏 🙌...!

Suga - He was looking handsome and yea he’s cute too! 
J-hope - I was missing his dance moves, but yea I realised patience gives good results xD 😅😉

V - He was looking a total business man in his green coat...Superb dude!

JK - He was looking like a youngster, and yea he was super super cute...!! And his voice is just so nice!

Jimin - The way he did the difficult dance moves so easily and with a smile is just hats off 🙌🙌..! And when he jumped on the back of JK, he was super super cute.

Jin : he was, is and will be the worldwide handsome forever....good job!

And yea...like every song of BTS, this song brought smile on my face....! So BTS u r incredible and no one can ever be so good like you! THANK YOU BTS!

It was good. But I don't know if I like a song completely in English. It kind of just sounds like American pop now--the beat, the lyrics, the dance. The song, though catchy, was musically monotone and did not evolve (from verse to verse) or vary much. I was actually surprised they came out with an all English single, since I thought they were trying to stay away from that to preserve the integrity of their identity as a kpop group.

Anyhow, I liked it, but I think this opens the floodgates; I think BTS and other kpop groups will start releasing more and more all English songs to mimic BTS's success. The evident transition of kpop towards Western pop is definitely inexorable (as it is a marketing ploy to International/American audiences), but questionable in its impact on kpop as a distinct genre from American pop.

I low key replayed the song sooo many times my dad had to turn off the WiFi to make me stop xD 

I guess we just have very similar opinions...XD
