are you experiencing computer problems resulting in being timed out in Online Chess ? I had this problem for me i had only a grey board with no pieces this caused alot of timeouts but since ive seeked advice which i would like to share with you ,in the hope you resolve or never get this problem
Firstly i cleared my browser cache of its search history ,then i changed browser so i had two browsers in case 1 didnt work,logged on then off from chess.com and when i relogged in went to a match if i still had problems i then pressed Hard Refresh (Ctrl&F5 together )
This worked well but if still these dont help then the best solution is to take a vacation to stop time outs contact chess.com and ask for a solution
