No; the time zones are separated into 2 hemispheres: Eastern and Western hemisphere. Only the Eastern and Western hemispheres are noticeably different from each other(when it's day in the eastern hemisphere, it's night in the western hemisphere and vice versa) so we only need a minimum of 2 SAs.
