1. Make enough rules to cover everything that could go wrong in your club, and make them specific enough to avoid loopholes.
2. Do not make your punishments too harsh.
3. If your club is below 100 members, the total number of SAs, admins, and coordinators should be around 1/5 your club size. If it's above 100 members, it should be around 3/10 your club size.
4. The number of super admins and admins each should be larger than the number of coordinators.
5. Invite people often, or tell your members to invite people often.
6. The number of forum topics and news blogs should be proportional to your club's size.
7. Don't delete forum topics/demote other people unless you have good reason to do so.
