Tips to get 1200 in USCF

I want to reach 1200 but I can't, does anybody have any tips to help me please?

Well I am only 6-7 hundred so If anyone can help me get to 1200 on chess I'd gladly accept that.

Though I am 1500 in lichess.

To get 1200 you need to practice on lichess ; Monday to Friday and then do the USCF Tournaments. This worked because you get practice and know your mistakes.

I just practice a lot so I got a 1250 (online) USCF rating

so tip is so overrateded that nobody uses it: win more games

try slowly then go hard
