That's probably a little too far over. An intermediate size tourney is starting at Team Match International.

Dave does 7 seven 7 have the right amount of members because you've left it blank? Also i'm no longer admin in The Thunder Knights
Looks like 7 Seven 7 have 268, so they're over a little. We could allow it if we're short of teams, or they can go in the middle size tournament.

I sent a few direct invites, to see if we can fill it in a bit more. It is possible to play with 24, with smaller 1st round sections.

I too have been sending invites to teams under 250 but yes any teams just over feel free to send them over to Team Match International ...
I missed Artists of the World, they'll be included on the next update along with any other groups who sign up as a result of invites. Need at least 5 more to be symmetric, 13 more to fill the 1st round.

I don't have the spreadsheet at this computer but I think we're between 18 and 20 right now. Scheduling is easy for numbers divisible by 3 or 4, quite a bit harder for everything else.
With 24 teams we could have 8 groups of 3 with 2 advancing. With 21 there could be 7 groups of 3->2 and a wildcard with highest win/loss ratio, with 18 it could be 6 of 3->2 and 2 wildcards. With 20 teams we could have 5 groups of 4->2 with 3 wildcards, etc. With 19, 22, or 23 teams the groups would be uneven. I'll work out the cases for >24 if we get that many. 
How about a target of announcing the 1st round pairings by 6/23 which would yield match start dates no later than 7/1? That would give a group sign up deadline of 1 week from today, 6/22.
suggest 20 teams 5 groups 4->2
2 rounds 10 teams 2 groups 5->2 one more 5->3
and 3 rounds big finale 6 teams 2 groups 3->1 and big finale
