Dave you have this wrong because the group description says for teams <250
Chess.com TM Championship is an open tournament for all groups in chess.com which are not participating in the World League nor the Chess.com TM LEAGUE. The only restrictions to join is to be active in team matches and to have more than 20 members (and less than 250). To register post your group name and contact on the TEAM REGISTRATION forum. Winner and best teams will promote to Chess.com TM LEAGUE next season and will receive custom trophies and diploma. This group is only for Team admins.
I corrected the team size -- up to 250, possible exceptions up to 300 if too few teams sign up and there are teams who want in.
Too big for us, I gotta with a draw 666, thx, yo!

Edit: Corrected typos -- normal max is 250 with possible extension to 300 depending on how many small teams sign up.
