Donna, to answer half of your question the minimum number of teams to start is 16.
I'd have to count them, and need to leave for work. The ones in the thread, right?

@Dave yes the teams that have used this thread to sign up. That would also include Israel Shalom as I am now a "standby" admin so can be second contact next to Danik1
@NICU we are working on getting the teams together as we speak so hopefully won't be too much longer :)
