It's good I mean if you want to change the snacks you could but you probably only need to eat the special snacks for the week of the tournament.

TheSicilianBear102724

Honestly I'm not even sure I have most of the foods it told me to eat.

AI? really? i'd look into investing in a few chess books or online courses and just going off those. if youre looking for stuff for free youtube has a ton of great chess content. and of course, play chess. however, do adapt to your chess level and work on the things that you specifically need to work on. this list is insanely intensive but still vague lmao- it says when to do things but not what to do. AI is not great for planning things that require personalized preparation.

Wow impressive

I think the list of preparations is pretty good, but I agree with twhyler0, you should watch some chess videos and maybe invest in some books/courses. I like the stuff GothamChess makes, and being a subscriber to his YouTube channel I like to promote him, but there are tons of options you could look into. And yeah, just playing games. It's how I got from 500 elo to 900 elo in less than 5 months lol

TheSicilianBear102724

Okay! Thanks yall

TheSicilianBear102724

I love Gotham as well. I've been subbed a long time lol

With the ratings you have I think at this point your main goal should be to hang on to your pieces and try to get to a draw or win if it looks possible. Learn the ideas behind chess openings. The Q.G. and KID and Sicilian are massive systems and a good understanding of them will come after years of study and practice. Good luck.
